The Office of Equal Opportunity and Access (EOA) provides training for OSU community members on topics related to Accommodations and Accessibility, Affirmative Action and Equity in Hiring Practices, EOA Investigation and Resolution Processes, Sexual Misconduct, Discrimination and Discriminatory Harassment, and related topics.

EOA designs trainings to educate and support OSU community members as we work together to create and maintain inclusive and equitable learning, living, and working environments. Trainings are customized to fit the needs of your group, however, common training topics include (but are not limited to):

  • Recognizing and Responding to Sexual Harassment
  • Recognizing and Responding to Discrimination and Discriminatory Harassment
  • Accessibility Basics for the Web
  • Understanding the Americans with Disabilities Act for Managers and Supervisors
  • Affirmative Action and Equity in Hiring Processes
  • Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse
