The Office of Equal Opportunity and Access provides in-person or via Zoom training for all OSU community members on topics related to Accommodations and Accessibility, Affirmative Action and Equity in Hiring Practices, Sexual Harassment and Prevention, Discrimination, and Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse. These educational programs are designed to enable OSU employees to identify and respond appropriately to these issues. Although compliance is one of the goals of these training, our larger goal is the creation of a working and learning environment that is inclusive and equitable.

Any questions about training can be directed to our main line (541-737-3556). While we try to accommodate all training requests, we ask for at least two weeks' notice prior to the event.
